Country

Ukraine

Designation/Affiliation

Trainer, facilitator, executive and intercultural coach, Solution-Focused practitioner and Cross-Cultural consultant, speaker, author.

Abstract

In May of 2019 at our SolConference in Budapest, I “officially” declared my Project to make Ukraine more SF. How am I managing? What are my lessons learnt and how could they be useful for you?

To deliver SF messages to many different audiences  (business, NGOs, educationalists, ministries) I have tailored, fragmented, simplified, adapted the Approach…. I think I’ve been creating  “light versions” of SF to reach out to more people and invite them to benefit from SF.

Are you doing the same or similar?

My best hope for this session is 30 min. of experience-sharing and 30 min. for the discussion (groups and general) to benefit from your views and thoughts and generate fresh ideas for promoting SF globally.

Learning objectives

I view this session as a cross-learning experience of SF practitioners; two learning objectives are:

1)             Benefit from learning the experience of the Project

2)             Benefit from sharing and exchanging thoughts and ideas
