About the Facilitator:

Dr. Haesun Moon, a vibrant and insightful pracademic in solution-focused coaching, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto (UT). Currently teaching at UT and a respected faculty member at McLean Hospital’s Institute of Coaching, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, Dr. Moon passionately directs the Brief Coaching Certificate Program at the University. Her role as a Principal Researcher at Henley Business School in the UK further showcases her dedication to advancing coaching research. Dr. Moon’s engaging and innovative teaching style, along with her impactful publications on Dialogic Orientation Quadrant (DOQ), make her a beloved and inspiring figure in the world of coaching and adult education.
